Clover Time Wiki

Clover Time Update Timeline

Clover Time shipped on 1 October 2026 and is still tagged BETA RELEASE. Two events are dated on the official listing and the first is close. This page also reads the developer board's own card timestamps, which shows how actively the game is still being worked on — a better answer to "is this game alive?" than any roadmap statement.

Update 1.0 is the reason every page here carries a verification date. A 1.0 release on a beta build is when rarity tables and ability numbers usually move. Anything recorded before 10 October 2026 — including the tier list on this wiki — may be pre-patch.

The dated timeline

1 Oct 2026
Clover Time launches (BETA RELEASE)
Public release on Roblox, brought forward from the originally announced 3 October date. Ten grimoires, five races, six social classes and nine traits ship at launch. The board records 197 cards touched that day.
10 Oct 2026next up
Update 1.0 — Shadow Royal Update
The first numbered update, and the milestone to plan around — dated 9 days after launch. A 1.0 label on a build that shipped as beta implies balance and rarity movement, so anything numeric recorded before this date should be treated as pre-patch.
24 Oct 2026
Halloween event
A seasonal event dated on the official listing, 23 days after launch. Seasonal events on Roblox experiences almost always bring limited cosmetics and a code drop.

How active is development, really?

Every card on the developer board carries the date it was last edited, so the board doubles as a development log. Counted by day, it tells a clearer story than any announcement:

The shape is what you would expect from a launch, and the tail is the interesting part. The board barely moves through the first half of September, accelerates through the last week of the month as the build comes together, then records 197 card revisions on launch day alone — about 60% of the whole board in 24 hours. Two quiet days follow, and then activity settles at roughly 10 cards a day, which is where it has been since.

Read honestly, that is a team that shipped, took a breath, and went straight back to work. It is not a roadmap — the board does not say what those revisions were — but it is a much better signal of momentum than a "more updates soon" post, and it is verifiable rather than reported.

What has not shipped yet

Three different kinds of unfinished content sit on the board, and they mean different things:

Systems that exist but are not documented

There is a fourth category, and it is the one that explains a lot about writing a Clover Time guide. The board has a "Miscellaneous Guides" list containing 13 cards — and every one of them is empty:

These are not unbuilt features. Spins, daily rewards, stat points and the customize menu are all live in the game — the developers created a documentation card for each and never filled it in. That is exactly why the reroll mechanics, the code rewards and the spin sources on this site are labelled community-reported: there is no official text to cite, only an empty placeholder.

It also cuts the other way. The systems the developers did document — grimoire odds, race cards, chest contents, boss drop tables — are the ones this wiki can state as fact, which is why those pages are denser than the rest.

Code releases so far

As of 7 Oct 2026 — 6 days after launch — the board lists 18 codes, all still live, and one earlier code has since been deleted from the board entirely (CLOVERTIMEONTOP). That is more than most experiences manage in a month, and they are overwhelmingly milestone rewards, which makes the pattern readable: names like 25KLIKES or 600KVISITS tell you what triggered them. Note that third-party lists carry several more expired codes that the board has dropped entirely; the codes page covers why we do not import them.

One more signal in the same direction: the board still carries 2 test entries (Test Cape and Test Eyeglasses) in the game-pass list. They are leftovers from development rather than content, but they are a reminder that the board is a working document and not a curated release schedule — which is exactly why this page reads its timestamps rather than trusting its headings.

Why we date-stamp everything

Most Clover Time pages online were written once in the first week and never touched again. That is how a site ends up listing expired codes as active and quoting drop rates from a different game.

This wiki does the opposite: every page carries the date its numbers were last verified, the codes list is re-checked daily against the developer's published list, and where the developer has published two conflicting figures we show both instead of quietly picking one. That practice already caught one real error — the community-circulated pity ladder of 35/70/175 that the official board contradicts with 50/100/250.

After Update 1.0 lands, expect a full re-verification pass — and expect some of these numbers to change.

Frequently asked questions

When is the next Clover Time update?

Update 1.0, the Shadow Royal Update, is dated 10 October 2026 on the official listing. The Halloween event follows on 24 October 2026. Neither has published content detail yet, but the developer board shows the team is still actively working — about 10 cards a day are revised across the three most recent days it records.

When did Clover Time release?

October 1, 2026, brought forward from an originally announced date of October 3. The game still carries a BETA RELEASE tag.

Will Update 1.0 change grimoire odds?

Nobody outside the studio knows. But a 1.0 release on a beta build is exactly when balance and rarity tables move, so every damage figure, drop rate and tier placement on this wiki is stamped with the date it was verified for that reason.

Is Clover Time still being developed?

Yes, and the board shows it. 331 cards exist across 23 lists, and the most recent days it records show about 10 cards revised per day — well above the quiet patch immediately after launch. 1 list is still empty, which is where a potions system is signalled but not yet designed.

How are codes released over time?

Continuously, and mostly tied to milestones. Each code has a short lifetime — usually two to six days — which is why the codes list carries an expiry date per row rather than a simple active/expired label.

What content is announced but not released?

4 boss entries are placeholders with no data, 4 items are explicitly marked work-in-progress, and a potions list exists on the board with nothing in it. Those are the clearest signals of what is coming.
